Berry Blast Almond Smoothie

I don't actually measure all of this on a day to day basis - I measured to get the proportions

Serves: 1
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk [or whatever milk you prefer]
  • ¼ cup fat free vanilla Greek yogurt, or a dairy free yogurt if you prefer.
  • 2 heaping tablespoons protein powder
  • about 8 to 10 raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon golden flax seeds
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 5 or 6 strawberries
  • small handful of fresh spinach
  1. Place all ingredients, in the approximate order given, in a smoothie maker or blender, and process until very smooth and creamy.
  2. Drink!
